Salmon is 'delicious' with 1 simple method that takes 20 minutes

There is a simple method for cooking salmon that makes it the "most delicious", says one home cook. Salmon is one of the most diverse foods we can cook, because there are so many different ways to make it. Many people keep it simple by pan-frying it with a few spices, while others make more elaborate versions of the British favourite food. If you are looking for a quick yet "delicious" salmon recipe, then this might be the one for you.

This TikTok shared her method for making salmon, which only takes 20 minutes. She described the results as delicious and said she could eat it every day without getting tired of it. Plus, she doesn't use the oven for it. Instead, she makes air fryer salmon. She creates it with a honey glaze that she says is her favourite, and marinades it so much that she can't see the colour of the salmon anymore.

TikTok user Jessica Nicole shared the recipe, which proved to be a hit and received more than 600,000 likes and 430,000 saves on the video-sharing site.

She starts off by taking a fillet of salmon and drizzling some oil over it. Then, she adds salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Honestly, you can really pout on here whatever you want," she says in the clip.

To get "perfect salmon every time", she puts it in the air fryer at around 200C for 10 minutes. While that is in the air fryer, she cooks some green beans and some rice to go with it.

When it comes to the sauce, she adds butter, honey and minced garlic into a pan and stirs it while adding lemon juice and soy sauce. She then places the salmon in the pan and uses a spoon to cover it with the sauce.

She also puts some sauce on the side so she can drizzle more onto her salmon and her rice. She received thousands of comments on her video, with many praising the simple recipe.
