Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has blamed the Congress party for the ongoing unrest in Nepal. Commenting on the violent protests in the neighboring country, Choudhary said that the situation is a result of Congress’s historical mistakes.
He argued that Congress kept neighboring countries like Nepal isolated instead of building stronger ties. “If Nepal had been a part of India, there would have been peace and prosperity there. The same goes for Pakistan. Had Pakistan remained with India, it too would have prospered along with us,” he said.
The Deputy CM emphasized that while dissatisfaction among people can exist in any society, it should not lead to lawlessness. “I want to make it clear—this is the fault of Congress, because of which we are facing these challenges today,” Choudhary added.
His remarks come at a time when Nepal has witnessed widespread protests, violent demonstrations, and public anger against the government.
