Money Heist creator Alex Pina is at it again with his new intense Spanish-language thriller Billionaires’ Bunker which is set to be released on Friday, September 19.
An unprecedented global conflict breaks out, leaving billions of people in mortal peril while a group of billionaires take shelter in a luxury bunker.

However, tensions quickly begin to escalate as an old feud between two families resurfaces and with no immediate escape, their rivalry is bound to reach breaking point.
As the countdown begins until its debut, here’s exactly when subscribers can delve into the world of Billionaires’ Bunker.
Billionaires’ Bunker release time
All eight episodes of Billionaires’ Bunker are going to be released on Friday, September 19, on Netflix.
While the thriller will be dropped at the same moment wherever you are in the world, the exact time will differ depending on your geographical location.
If you live in the western region of the US, then you can expect Billionaires’ Bunker to come out just after midnight PST (Pacific Standard Time) on Netflix.
For those living on the east coast though, the drama will be ready to watch from 3am EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Meanwhile, those in the UK are going to be treated to Billionaires’ Bunker from 8am BST (British Summer Time) on the initial release date.
Pina previously explained that he got his inspiration for the drama at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
He shared: “They started building buildings that went 13 floors underground and we thought this was a wonderful reason to tell this story.
“We wanted to make a show that was naughty, witty and about rich people during an apocalypse.
“From a drama perspective you can take all the characters to a more excessive limit.
“We are fans of putting as much pressure on as we can and using this physical building where we trap people in time.”
