Acharya Anand Bhardwaj said that according to the Vedic calendar, the Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Sawan month will start on July 22 at 07:05 am. At the same time, Trayodashi Tithi will end on July 23 at 04:39 am. In such a situation, the Pradosh fast will be kept on July 22.

He said that on the first Pradosh fast of Sawan, anoint the Shivling with wheat and Dhatura. During this, pray to Mahadev for happiness and peace in life. Acharya further said that if the financial condition is not improving even after a lot of efforts, then offer raw rice on the Shivling on the day of Pradosh Vrat. It is believed that by doing this, there are chances of financial gain, and one does not have to face a lack of money in life. To please Mahadev, you can also offer red sandalwood on the Shivling on Pradosh day.
