Chelsea's summer transfer business is far from completed as they continue their preparations for the new campaign.
The Blues have added Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, Dario Essugo and Jamie Gittens to their squad so far this summer. Chelsea will also welcome Estevao Willian later in the summer following his spell with Palmeiras.
Enzo Marescaand Co. are currently enjoying a break following their triumph in the FIFA Club World Cup and will return to pre-season action early next month. Away from the action on the pitch, Chelsea appear to be closing in on more new signings.

Ajax defender Jorrel Hato and RB Leipzig playmaker Xavi Simons are both targets for Chelsea, and the Blues are in talks to complete both deals in the days ahead.
When it comes to Simons, football.london understands that Chelsea are getting ready to present their first bid to Leipzig in an effort to sign Simons. Personal terms with the player have already been broadly agreed, but the Blues still need to reach an agreement with Leipzig over the fee.
With Chelsea stepping up their interest in Simons, it has led to questions about a potential move for Alejandro Garnacho. The Manchester United star has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, and there has been a fresh update about his future.
The Telegraph have reported that Chelsea's pursuit of a deal for Simons does not mean that their interest in Garnacho has disappeared. In fact, it has been suggested that the Blues could still swoop in to sign Garnacho if they sign both Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku.
It remains to be seen whether or not Chelsea will sign both Simons and Garnacho this summer. Garnacho would likely play on the left wing if he was signed by the Blues, whereas Simons is capable of performing in a central role as well as on either wing.
